Super-food Smoothie Bowl


2 Tbs Hemp Hearts
2 Cups partially frozen Pitaya
2 Tbs Coconut flakes
1/2 Cup Chilled Coconut Milk
8 oz Blackberries
1 Cup Blueberries
2 Peeled Kiwi
*Optional: Drizzle of honey or alternative sweetener

How to:

1. In a blender or vita-mix add in the pitaya, 1/2 cup blueberries, and coconut milk. Blend until smooth and pour into a bowl.
2. Peel and cut kiwi and add on top along with your hemp hearts, coconut flakes, blackberries, blueberries, and drizzle of honey.

Serves 2
