The Keto diet has grown in popularity and I am still seeing people struggling with finding options for food to eat. Below is an easy list on some of the staple foods, fruits, and vegetables you can choose from and even some links to recipes. There is other companies out there that you can have this is just a basic list.
What is the keto diet?
A standard Keto diet is low carb and similar to the Atkins Diet. You should aim to have 75% Fat 20% Protein and 5% Carbs.
Now there is other ways you can do keto especially if you are active and need the carbs to re-feed your glycogen stores for increased muscle mass.
